Two 14-minute stop-clock halves. In the second half, the clock runs continuously once a team leads by 15 or more points.
Teams enter double-bonus free throws once the opponent reaches ten team fouls in a half — there is no single bonus. A player fouls out after five personal fouls.
Each team gets three full 30-second timeouts per game, plus one more in overtime — timeouts don't carry over. Overtime periods run two minutes on a stop clock; a third overtime is decided by sudden death.
A ten-second backcourt violation applies in every division. Players may enter the lane as soon as the ball leaves the shooter's hand.
Boys divisions 12u/6th grade and up play with the full-size 29.5 ball. All girls divisions and boys 11u/5th grade and below play with the 28.5 ball. The home team provides the game ball.
A team without five players at tip-off gets a ten-minute grace period, then may play with four or forfeit. Coaches are responsible for their team's and parents' conduct — misbehavior on or off the court can lead to disqualification.
